Adding a new VCS Root in teamcity throws exception "Unexpected Error"

I am trying to add a new VCS root (Accurev) to a project. But each time I hit create, I get following exception on call "/admin/editVcsRoot.html?action=addVcsRoot":

I am not sure whats wrong here as the error is too generic. Can someone please point me to the right direction.
