Git pull error - after installing git separately

Completed

Hi guys,

Recently we have installed Teamcity and it's been working perfectly. Till we have installed Git using git installer.

The reason we installed Git separately was because our project is using bower, and it required Git access.

Now when the agent goes and get the latest from the github, i get a following error message:

[Updating sources] Failed to perform checkout on agent: '"C:\Program Files\Git\bin\git.exe" -c core.askpass=C:\TeamCity\buildAgent\temp\buildTmp\pass8068331364409192750.bat -c credential.helper= fetch --progress origin +refs/heads/master:refs/heads/master' command failed.
exit code: 128
stderr: fatal: unable to access 'https://username@github.com/someProject/someProject.git/': error setting certificate verify locations:
CAfile: C:/Program Files/Git/mingw64/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt
CApath: none

I've uninstalled git but I think it's overwritten some configuration.

the following file also never exist in the folder anymore

C:\TeamCity\buildAgent\temp\buildTmp\pass8068331364409192750.bat

I would prefer to use the original Teamcity configuration,

Does anyone how to fix this issue?

Thank you

Shinsuke

Hi guys,

Quick update on this,

I updated to 10.0.2 (from 10.0.1) and i uninstalled and reinstalled git and for some reason that fixed it.

All issue is fixed now.
