TC 10 running old build steps

I have been making updates to the last of several build steps but TeamCity seems to be failing consistently by using an old version of the script for that step.

The step in question is running a 'Command Line' that starts with '#!/usr/bin/python' and continues with the parts of the script that I am changing.

Is there some caching that I need to reset?
