can not get teamcity server to use new certificate

We purchased a new wildcard cert from GoDaddy which expires May 10,2025. I removed the old cert and applied the new one. I restarted the teamcity server, and no matter what I do it is still displaying the old certificate which expires in 2 days. I am leaving for vacation in 2 days and am nervous the certificate will expire when I am away. 

I followed the instructions for “Adding trusted certificates to TeamCity server” here:

According to this, no other steps need to be taken if the certificate is from a trusted authority, which in our case is GoDaddy.
