YouTrack integration when TeamCity is in private network
After the recent security disaster, we've rebuild our TeamCity server from scratch in a completely shut off network only accessible via VPN, and it's going to stay there. We've had a working integration with YouTrack Cloud before (YT updating issues based on commit messages), which now doesn't work anymore, as YouTrack can't reach the server. Is there any alternative?
TC does have a rudimentary integration with YT, but only to link to issues. Couldn't it push updates to YT?

A two-way connection between TeamCity and YouTrack is required for all the functions to work, so you'd need to make TeamCity accessible from the YouTrack Cloud server or switch to YouTrack on-premise in the same network.
