We have applied the patch TeamCity 2018.1 and older as per the mitigation plan 2 because we are running the old version of the instance but still the issue is not resolved

We are running the version : TeamCity Enterprise 2018.1.5 (build 58744)

We folllowed this below blog post and installed the patch but Teamcity server issues of common-api.jar has not been fixed. 

can any one has also faced and have a resolution.
