No Compatible Agent after adding Docker build step
When I add the “Docker” DockerCommand build step to my on-premise build configuration, it won't run and says “No compatible agent”. If I log in on the machine, I have access to run docker commands in PowerShell. I am not sure why this error is occuring or how to rectify the situation.

For clarification, I am building a Linux container. My Build agent is hosted on a Windows machine. If I select “Linux” in the Image platform, I get the "No Compatible Agent" error. If I select “Windows”, it runs, but then fails with the following error:
no matching manifest for windows/amd64 10.0.17763 in the manifest list entries

Can you please clarify what you mean by “select “Linux” in the Image platform”? Perhaps a screenshot would help.
