Hi Antony,

Which TeamCity version are you using? Also, are you using this plugin? If you are using TeamCity 2023.xx, have you considered using Github app webhooks instead?

Thanks,

Guilherme

Running TC 2023.05.04, Professional, with two additional agent licenses.

Using GitHub Commit Hooks plugin v152469.

Part of the issue *could be* that our server is behind a firewall/VPN, and is only accessible on our VPN.

Due to the way some of the projects are configured, our server allows guest access, so I am not willing to put the server on the open internet. If I could get some of the engineers to modify their projects to not required guess access to access external packages, it'd be a different story.

Hi Antony,
We understand your concerns. To find out if the issue is related to the firewall or other network components, we usually recommend our customers to try disabling them one by one temporarily—just enough time to determine which network component might be the culprit. Would it be possible for you to do this?

Thank you,

Guilherme
