Is it possible to combine two AD server into one Teamcity server (2 SAML)

Is it possible to combine two AD servers into one TeamCity server, if yes, how to do it, if not, do you have any idea to instead of this question?

2 SAML one Teamcity server

PS: If it is impossible, can I use one SAML and LDAP instead?
