Zero-window packets
My organization is suffering from strange latency/disconnection issues that involve our TeamCity server. Our IT dept has detected an unusually large number of "zero window" packets being sent, possibly from our TeamCity server, which is running in a Docker container for ease of maintenance.
Has anybody else run into issues with an instance of TeamCity Server causing a large number of such "0-win" packets to be generated? If so, was this resolved, or even linked to a certain configuration or behavior?
