TeamCity auto serverupdate cannot use https due to network proxy settings
Hi.
Due to the proxy settings my company uses and how https works, it's impossible to use the auto server update functionality.

Is it possible to instead get TeamCity to use http when retrieving updates?

Hi Harald,
Unfortunately, our auto updater is still unable to use a proxy connection to access the download server. We have an issue in our tracker already for it and are working on getting it done, please watch and vote it to stay up to date on its progress https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-51698
