TeamCity server in a Docker

Hello,

I've just installed TC server (for training purposes) as a Docker container. Wanted to export/import configuration from our traditionally installed TC (which is, version-wise, behind the Docker based). It turned out I cannot because it says the configuration has to be from the same Version of TC. Here is my question: what is the upgrade procedure for the Docker based TC if it turned out the new Docker image is newer than the old one (which is usual the reason we do the upgrade) ?
