Export a single project with settings and build history?

Hi

We migrated our servers and there were few projects that were using the old teamcity still (same version).

I want to migrate the project from teamcity A to teamcity B but with build history as well as settings. How can i do this? I know i can export the project but that only exports the settings.

I dont want to touch any other projects.
