Reference teamcity artifact dependency using maven

Current issue:

1) Job 1 builds and stores the jar in the path as specified in your configuration settings.

2) Job 2 depends on job 1's jar that was previously built and is set in the dependency section with in job 2 

3) Using maven, how do you reference the location of the jar (teamcity lib directory as specified above) in you pom.xml?

The documentation around this refers to the use of ant and not maven.

Can you please proved suggestions?
