Nuget Feed Slow to Update or Not Updating At All

Hello,

I've noticed that the Nuget feed for our TeamCity server is slow to update. Granted, in our build steps we have over 8 artifacts in .nupkg form, each about 22mb. But immediately after the Publishing Artifact step is complete, I do not see the latest package in the feed. The package will show up in the feed some 30 minutes later.

We haven't encountered this issue before; in the past Octopus would be able to pull the packages easily from the TC Nuget feed. Now that the packages would be missing, the Octopus deploy fails.

Is there a way to fix or look into this issue? Resource usage on the TC servers appears to be normal and I see nothing outstanding in the logs.
