Visual Studio Personal Build Source Code?

Hello,

I'm currently looking at adding a person build into a pre-submit tool for perforce (formats changelist description and validates changes).

I looked at just wrapping the command line tool but that looks a little sloppy, I looked at the jetbrains folder for visual studio and noticed you had a bunch of dll for remote run, anyway I can reference these and maybe embed the dialog into my own C# tool?
