Is My Team-City Repository Failed To Connect to my Windows Server??

I'm using a Repository Server in Team-City and as i'm trying to open an application, using parameter scripts from the Repository. i encountered that upon building it. It manipulates the Source file of my Coded System. Which is still also located in the server. But then it is unable to open the path of an application. I have set in my parameter it will show up an error of "File not Found", on both path parameter i have set. which results to a Failure of the Build-up process i have done. what bothers me is that it manipulates the source code. Which means it's connected to it but it does not follow. The path i have set it not able to locate. I tried the path on the server Command Dos and it works perfect. Even tried to set it in an Environmental Path to call on the variable. But it is still displaying "File not Found" which then leads to unsuccessful Build-up. Can anybody help me with this problem and what are the solutions for this type of error. Does anybody here encountered this type of problem? and what are the possible remedies / solution for this. Also i'm new in Team-City.
