Implementing server-side event handler for pinning a build

 Hi,

I have a requirement to do some processing on the artifact of a build when that build is pinned. I was thinking handling it using server-side code. I'm new at this. I have been reading the docs on plugin development and also checked out some of the setup in the sample plugin. I'm trying to figure out if I need a plugin for this or if it is a plugin, what type of plugin it'd be.
