Disabling "Branches" tab and Drop-down

Hi,

When clicking into a build configuration page it used to show the "Overview" tab. I've since put a change in to allow the user to select the SVN branch from a prompt, and it now defaults to the "Branches" tab.

Is there any way to change this behaviour so that it still shows "Overview", and also to remove the branches selector dropdown too?
