Verify Deployment

Hello

We use teamcity for deployments, we have a new requirement that someone not from the App/Dev/Release Engineer team verify that the Files deployed are in fact the same on the Production servers after the Release engineers permission have been revoked.  I am not familiar at all with Team city, but I was told I needed to verify that the Release engineers did not edit any files after the automatic deployment.

Please let me know what the best and most efficient way would be to accomplish this, preferably using Scripts and fully automated
