The specified iOS provisioning profile could not be found - Xamarin

I have Xamarin application which can be built using VS for MAC. Unfortunately, iOS application fails to build because of provisioning profile missing.

I have tried all possible solutions but this is still the issue.

I know it is something relevant to permissions or wrong path, but I can not figure out what.

How I can debug this issue and check what is the path TeamCity is searching for provisioning profiles
