Add AD Dns CNAME when Teamcity isn't joined to domain

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone had great solutions to our teamcity project being allowed to create DNS entries in Active Directory for a domain it isn't joined to.

Currently it isn't allowed because the teamcity service isn't running as a domain user. We've got teamcity server running in docker/kubernetes. Some of the agents are running on windows server.
