Teamcity [2017.1.3 (build 46961)] delete git ignored folder first build after start
Removed and some projects folders !!!
How can I disable this ??? in version 9 everything was fine

Could you please expand on what exactly happened? What is your setup, what is your VCS Settings configuration, and what do you mean with "delete git ignored folder"? A folder tagged in ".gitignore"? or a folder told to not be checked out from checkout rules?
