Github commit status publish while in queue
I would like to have commit status publisher post a pending status while the build is in the queue. Commit status publishing only occurs after the build has started. Can this be changed?

Take into account that some of the comments point at a discussion in the github tracker that indicates why it isn't currently possible to implement it.
