Where do I set @NotNull parameter 'artifactsPaths'

Hello am new to TeamCity but am getting this error in my logs. 
The build fails but the artifacts are present in the UI. 

Unexpected error: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Argument for @NotNull parameter 'artifactsPaths' of jetbrains/buildServer/agent/impl/artifacts/ArtifactsBuilder.setArtifactsPaths must not be null
