Group Notifications is not working
I have create a group in team city for a group of users to receive a notification on build start and when the build is successful. When this was created most of the users received the email, but some never did. After a few weeks most users are not receiving the notifications at all.
I have tried changing the email addresses in user accounts to make sure it is not marked as spam. The odd thing was that if I took a user who would receive the emails and changed their email address to a user that wouldn't receive the emails, the new email would get the message. So it seems like it's not even trying to send to certain users rather than the email being blocked some where.

you can activate debug-notifications in the "Administration-Diagnostics" and then you will see whether notifications are being properly activated for diverse events. If no users are being found for the notifications, then there might be an issue with the notifications configuration. If they are being picked up properly but the emails don't arrive, there might be some information on that log or on the teamcity-server.log.
