Jabber notification with Cisco IM - XMPP Conflict
I configured the Jabber notification this way, on the beginning I was using the same user as Youtrack notification (which is working)
but when I got the xmpp conflict, I asked for a brand new user TCJabber and I still getting the xmpp conflict.
Anybody has any idea what can be wrong?
this is my youtrack configuration, same server name, the only different is TC doesn't ask for the service name which is the domain name.

using username@[service name] was working on 10.0 but now on 2017.3 when including the domain (service name) I'm getting certificate error cannot authenticate [service name]

We had some regression on the XMPP notification support here, can you take a look and see if the one attached on the issue helps?
Where do I look for it?
Anyway, this was working on 10.0.0 and stopped working on 10.0.3
We actually jumped from 10.0 to 2017.1.0, but I tried testing 10.0.3 and I got the same error.

Can we expect to have it fixed in 2017.1.4?
I hope to provide a patch to Smack team, and if they release the new version quick enough, this should go to 2017.1.4.

this issue should have been fixed in 2017.1.4. If you are still facing it using newer versions, please open a new thread providing as accurate information as possible to make sure we can reproduce the problem.
