Teamcity Conflict with Dreamweaver

I am new at this.  I am using both phpstorm and dreamweaver for a php/mysql application.  I switch to dreamweaver when I need to resolve design issues.  I always exit phpstorm before going to Dreamweaver.  However, for some reason, when I do a live preview in Dreamweaver, teamcity is getting activated and will not allow dreamweaver to do the preview.   How can I stop this behavior or get teamcity to display the file just like it does when I have the file open in phpstorm and preview in the browser from there?

Any help.
