Error while applying patch using SVN

we have 1 dedicated TC server and 4 build servers with total of 32 agents.

but only build from one of the servers fails! it's intermittent issue and happens one or two days a week on random build configuration.

(all servers are in the same network segment and same windows version, same software installed, and we are using internal SVN)
