Reporting Failures

In team city if a test fails only once across several devices then that test in general is considered a failure and adds that one failure to the total of tests failed. I want to know if there is any setting i can change so that a test is considered a failure only if it fails on at least 2 or more devices. I saw that one can change the settings for the build as a whole and have the build fail if more than a certain number of test fail. 

But I want to go further into that and create settings for the tests within the build.
