Is setting/editing Notification Rules for a group only reserved for the System Admin?
Please could you let me know how members of group can edit their group notifications.

Hi Ian,
By default it's only provided for system administrators, but it can be assigned to other roles (Change user/group notification settings). Please keep in mind that this has the possibility to add unsuspecting users to notifications, so it should be used with care.
