Changelog slow to display

Hi,

We have Version 2017.1 (build 46533) of TeamCity which uses a SQL 2014 database on a Windows Server 2012r2 physical box.

When accessing the ChangeLog it can take 30 seconds to display the list of changes.  This seems to happen more frequently on larger lists.  One example is 3866 entries with 159 shown on the first page.  Is this standard or should it be quicker?
