Endless connecting to Hub

I am trying to connect TeamCity (2017.1 (build 46533)) using JetBrains Hub integration (42234) plugin to Jetbrains Hub (2017.2.5178). Both of services uses the same Let's encrypt multi-domain certificate. They are on the same machine and they uses reverse proxy based on nginx. When I try to connect to hub I see endless loading without any additional info at logs. It looks like below:

Do you have any idea how can I collect more data related to this bug?

UPDATE 24.04.2017:

I've checked in Developer Tools that after click on "Register TeamCity..." Hub plugin sends POST request to /hubPlugin/registerAndVerifyService.html where it get 404. I don't receive any error here. It looks like that Hub plugin doesn't work correctly with newest Teamcity.
