restart does not work

The teamcity server became unavailable I then attempted a runall start and have the error below any ideas? Thanks

TeamCity server requires technical maintenance. Please let the server administrator know this.

Sorry for the delay in the response. Are you still facing the issue? If so, I'd suggest trying to look on the server for rogue processes, kill those, then try to restart again. Although it is possible that some residual files got left out and are stopping the restart from working.

Eventually I did a reinstall which cured the problem!
