LInk to build run with filled parametrs from GET args

Hi.

Want to send a Link to my TC build, so that it opens RUNB BUILD windows with some paramentrs set from URL/GET-pararms, not build defaults.

Is there any way to create URL that will open RUN BUILD windows/page with some paramentrs redefined by URL?

I my case: we have in-house made email report when some build failed. We know what parametrs it was run with. I want to be able to re-run this build with two clicks: first one to open RunBuild page. Than user can validate all arguments. Afterward user may press Run button.
