Does the build queue priority classes prioritize its build dependencies as well?

Hello.

I started to use build priority classes for my building configurations but the documentation was not clear on how a prioritized build configuration handles its snapshot dependencies.

My question is: when a build configuration is prioritized, are its snapshots dependencies prioritized as well?
