VS Plugin issue with personal builds

Hello,
I'm working with TeamCity Enterprise 10.0.3.
Visual Studio 2015 is my main development environment and it is connected wit TC via Team City plugin.
After updating TC to 10.0.3 version I'm unable to schedule Personal Builds.
I can browse changes in repository using plugin by performing steps:

Visual Studio -> RESHARPER (menu bar) -> TeamCity -> Remote Run (Local Changes)

On the current stage when I click button ("Configure personal build...") I'm informed about error, new window appears:

Error during loading data for Remote Run dialog.
Caused by: Server returned a fault exception: [0] java.lang.IllegalStateException: @NotNull method jetbrains/buildServer/serverSide/impl/InaccessibleTemplate.getOwnOptionSupport must not return null

I've searched logs form TeamCity service but I found absolutely nothing about this error.
This  problem is reproduced also on other machines with VS 2015 and also with VS 2013.

What can be the root-cause of this problem?
