Ability to access Diagnostics data through API?

Is it possible to get the TeamCity diagnostics data from the API? I have explored it and not found anything thus far.
I would like to be able to monitor the Teamcity memory usage and CPU usage and alert if they are sitting on 80% for too long.
Is there another way to do that?

Currently there is no special API to get this information. We have the related request to add system notification https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-2795, please vote for it.
