Removed Licenses return after server restart?

I've tried removing our old licenses, however after the server completes its weekly restart the old licenses have all returned and are bugging the administrators about their expiration.

Currently using teamcity 10.0.2, any ideas?

Hi Alexander,

As you can see here https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-48157, this was a bug that got fixed in 10.0.4. Please update your installation.
