Build Configuration params inheritance

Hi,

I have the next case.

Param A declared with value A in Root project

then in subproject template param value was changed to B

but all build configurations based on template getting value A instead B.

Is it correct behavior?

TeamCity Enterprise 10.0.3 (build 42434)
