projects browser/filtering engine

Hallo,

I have a question about small filtering machine that would list all the projects having certain feature (example: teamcity.agent notequal XYZ). Has anyone done or tried doing that?

Problem is we have in our team approximately 500 projects with messed up settings and old env variables/agent requirements and we would like to make some order or re-order/refine/re-define on our xy agents.... you just cannot do it manually. If not we will build such a plugin on our own but hints would be really awesome,
