Build Agent trying to delete workspaces for another TFS user

Hi
We have a build agent machine that also runs manual builds. The agent and the manual build client were running side by side for years. After upgrading to TeamCity 10, the agent removes the workspace created by the manual build client.
In the short term we had to move the manual client to use a different TFS user account, however the agent still try's to delete the other users workspace. The delete fails now.
