Web Interface - adding/editing parameters - no vcsroot parameters visible

This is a UI problem. The parameters - when I key them in manually work but the vcsroot.* type parameters are not in any of the parameter lists when I click the icon or type %. This was all working a few days ago. I have rebooted the server and restarted the web browser. Tried edge, ie, firefox - no luck. Any idea how to get the vcsroot.* parameters showing again. Others also might be missing but these were the ones I needed.

You can't use the %vcsroot.* parameters in some places, such as the project parameters page, while you can set them in the build configuration. If you set them manually without the dropdown at the project level, they will be inherited by the build configuration and work at build time.
If you are having this issue in places where you should be getting the hints, it would be helpful to know:
-TeamCity version
-Screenshot of the page including the dropdown list showing no suggestions
I get it now. I see the %vcsroot.*% macros in the template but not in the project. I am able to get what I needed using the template.
