Unable to retrieve the current repository state in root Unknown user : 'No user specified'
Hey All!
So a little back story, the developer who setup our plastic scm repository and team city build process has recently left the company and his email/accounts have been deleted. Before he left we went through and signed his accounts out of all relevant areas on the build machine and logged in my accounts but I think we may have missed one based on the error that has popped up since.
Failed for the root '"STAGING (1)" {instance id=7, parent internal id=7, parent id=Compant_VcsRootStaging1, description: "PlasticSCM: br:/main/staging@Game@Company@cloud"}: Unable to retrieve the current repository state in root GAME_VCS_ROOT_STAGING (1): Unknown user: 'No user specified'. Please check your current credentials. Remember that user names are case-sensitive!

When testing the connection of the VCS Root it runs indefinitely. I can also see the the commit hook is inactive. When I try and run a build it also runs indefinitely and upon cancelling the build number is ???. I am completely new to team city and would appreciate any advice on where to look to solve this issue.
