Bazel Integration with TeamCity Cloud

Hello.

Is there a way to support Bazel in TeamCity Cloud or do I have to run my own instance? I have read that only JetBrains-developed plugins are supported in cloud, and the Bazel plugin seems to be built by JetBrains, but I don't see it on the list of available runners.
