How to implement a plug-in with parameter linkage

I want to implement a plugin with parameter linkage, for example, after clicking Run, the parameter interface will appear, which will have many configured parameters. I guess the display of parameters is shown or hidden based on the values of other parameters. For example, there is a parameter A that is displayed when parameter B is 1.
