The 10 teamcity-server log files are overwritten every few minutes because of the amount of logging done in debug. I searched the current set of files and can't find any of the messages you decribe...

I've now cleared the buildsMetadata cache. It's now marked as empty. pdb files are still not loading, but it probably takes some time to re-index. Any way I can see that re-indexing is complete?
