Hi, Olavur! Currently, IntelliJ IDEA in TeamCity doesn't have Kotlin plugin. I've created the issue in YouTrack about it, please, watch\vote.

Hi Dimitar, please take a look at this gradle plugin (it has a separate task for publishing). TeamCity doesn't have its own plugin, but we use this one in many of our external plugins.
