Hi,I'm still having the issue. I've uploaded an agent log to ftp.intellij.net/.uploads as jg.teamcity-agent.log.gz, which contains the log of 2 consecutive inspection runs with different results.

I think I had the same issue when trying to upgrade to 3.1 - I subsequently moved back to TC 3.0.1, but am hoping to have another go at 3.1.1. Can you share the fix for the problem?Thanks.

Might have managed to solve my problem - I didn't have the CVS modules in question defined in the "modules" CVS config file. Superficial testing suggests this might be the cause of the problem
