TeamCity agents have all disappeared

I am using TeamCity Cloud and am using an agent pool with JetBrains-hosted agents which are provided automatically. Everything was working fine until a couple of hours ago when all the agents disappeared from the pool and have yet to return.

Does anyone know who we can contact about this as it's stopped all of our build pipelines.
